About Our Program
This Is In Movement
Movement changes more than the body. It changes what we believe is possible.
In Movement is a community movement and enrichment center where Dance • Fitness • Wellness come together to help people grow—artistically, physically, emotionally, and professionally.
Here, a child can discover the confidence to enter their first class. A committed young artist can build a pathway toward the stage, screen, college, or a professional career. An emerging teacher can learn to lead. An adult can reconnect with strength, expression, and joy. A family can find a community where every person is seen, supported, and challenged to keep growing.
Because movement is not reserved for one age, one body, one background, or one kind of goal.
We Educate the Whole Person
Our approach develops the head, heart, and body together.
Students learn technique, artistry, musicality, conditioning, and performance—but they also learn discipline, emotional intelligence, creative problem-solving, leadership, self-care, and how to contribute to something larger than themselves.
Some will become professional dancers. Others will become educators, choreographers, creators, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. Many will choose paths outside the arts entirely. All of them can leave with a stronger understanding of who they are, what they are capable of, and how to move through the world with purpose.
There Is More Than One Way to Belong
In Movement creates connected pathways for recreational students, developing artists, pre-professional dancers, homeschool families, adults, active older adults, educators, and anyone seeking a healthier relationship with movement.
People may enter through dance, fitness, wellness, performance, or community—and discover that each can lead to something more.
Our purpose is not to produce one kind of dancer or define one version of success. It is to meet people where they are, provide meaningful education, and help them take the next step toward who they are becoming.

In Movement was founded on the belief that exceptional training and life-changing opportunities should not be limited by financial circumstances.
Through scholarships, community partnerships, donors, and the support of organizations such as Palm Springs Dance Project, we have already helped more than 40 young people gain access to training and experiences they may not otherwise have received. As we grow, our commitment to accessibility grows with us.
Because talent exists everywhere. Potential exists everywhere. Opportunity should too.
